In any other city it would be the major cultural center. In New York the Brooklyn Museum it is our forgotten treasure. Featuring an exquisite collection housed in a fabulous Beaux Arts building with major shows year round, anywhere you chose to sketch you'll have a wonderful subject.

Where: The Brooklyn Museum of Art 200 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn
When: 11 AM. Saturday, February 24th. (BTW- We'll be happy to see you if you come late.

How: By Subway - 2 or 3 train to Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum. Or drive and use the paid parking available behind the museum.GENERAL ADMISSION
- Adults - $16
- Students (valid ID) - $10
- Adults 65 and over - $10
- Ages 19 and under - Free
Lunch: 12:30 PM Meet in the first floor cafe
Afternoon: 1:30 Back to sketching in the Museum
Show and Tell: 3 PM - Meet in the lobby then a short walk to Tooker Alley, 793 Washington Ave (Phone: (347) 955-4743) where we will share drawings, good stories and a snack or refreshments if you're so inclined.

- Bring a stool if you have one, it gives you more options.
