Weekday Sketchers at Brooklyn Museum
Living in a city of unparalleled cultural riches creates its own problems. In any other city the Brooklyn Museum would be THE major art institution but here in NYC it is always relegated to a lesser status. Too bad, as their collections and exhibits are joys to see and terrific sources of inspiration for our sketching.
Whether you choose to wander through the permanent collections or the current ones, visit the Liza Lou trailer or the Colonial buildings or just take in the beautiful architecture, you will not lack for sketching inspiration.
