Westchester Sketchers at FunFusion (New Roc City) on Friday February 22

   

FunFuzion is Westchester's only INDOOR amusement park conveniently located in New Roc City in downtown New Rochelle, a two-block walk from Metro-North's New Rochelle train station. With five zones of fun - Glow Bowling, Mini Glow Golf, Billiard's Room with Ping Pong and an enormous Arcade with Lazer Tag - FunFuzion has an attraction for kids and adults of all ages.  Rides include Max Flight, Space Shot and Bumper Cars and for younger children there is a full-sized Carousel, Mini-Whip, Frog Hopper and Helicopter. Come rain or shine. It is a lively place, and there will be lots of people and things in motion to sketch and paint.

We'll meet just inside the entrance.  It is located within a cobblestone area that is closed off to traffic and is directly across from the Police Station.

There is a municipal parking garage on the corner Huguenot Street and LeCount Place.

TRANSPORTATION from NYC: Metro-North (New Haven Line) to New Rochelle Train Station.   Easy 10 minute walk from the station.  Leave the train, make left on Station Plaza,  go 1 block to Bridge Street, then a left on  Huguenot and walk 2 blocks and make a right onto LeCount Place. 

SHOW and TELL:   2:30 PM - Barnes and Noble.  We will share drawings, good stories and thoughts.

NOTES:

- The complex opens at 12:00 Noon.

- Bring a stool if you have one, it gives you more options.
