at the Met... even if he is a little old for me, going back to the 1500's. I didn't want to pull out the watercolors and then get busted half way through, so I used graphite, graphite watercolor pencils, and regular watercolor pencils hit with the waterbrush. The paper had a little tooth which added to the texture. I wish the day was longer. This is such an outstanding location to sketch at and we are so lucky to have it in our backyard!
Susan, I love the detail you were able to put into the armor especially around the lettering in the front. This is excellent. I agree that the day should have been longer...maybe we need our own "Night at the Museum."
