SATURDAY - Sketching the Beauty of Beaux Art

Saturday, February 7, 21015

Everyone visits the Metropolitan Museum of Art with the intention to see what is in the building.  This Saturday our focus will be the building itself, one of the most beautiful Beaux Arts buildings in NYC

We will sketch as a group or as individuals depending on what part of the museum catches your eye.

Challenge:  Complete at least two drawings, one that shows the interior space and another that shows people viewing the art.

The Museum asks sketchers to work dry, rules are unevenly enforced.  Pencil, colored pencils and waterbrushes seem to be OK.
