Weekday Urban Sketchers Visit Vest Pocket Parks
Weekday Urban Sketchers will visit a some vest pocket parks on the east side of midtown Manhattan. We will meet at Green Acre Park which has been named one of the best parks in the world along with Central Park and Luxembourg Gardens in Paris...and it is only 60 ' x 120'....just right for a sketch or two. The accompanying article names 5 parks within a short walk of each other. Time and interest will dictate how many we visit.

Transportation: 6 train to 51st station (Lexington and 51st)
Bring lunch or buy it from the Birdbath Neighborhood Green Bakery in the park or any of the adjacent restaurants.
