Canstruction is an annual event, that takes place in multiple cities around the country, to support awareness of food insecurity. The NYC location is Brookfield Place. Design firms around the city enter this competition where the sculpture is made completely of canned foods. At the end of the exhibit, all of the food is donated to food kitchens around the city in time for the Thanksgiving meals. Join us this week as we take a look at this year’s competition.
