We visited Philipsburg Manor on Sunday, a lovely spot up the Hudson River a few miles north of the Tappanzee Bridge. The event was labeled "
From Sheep to Shawl" which drew my wife, - a passionate fiber artist. However the Manor was more a historical recreation showing our Colonial Heritage. Not what I expected but still a good sketching opportunity. I happily sketched while Susan attended lectures and demonstrations.
