SATURDAY - Sketch the Intrepid

An Aircraft Carrier is one huge physical presence.  All human activity is dwarfed by the sheer size of the ship.

This Saturday we will meet at the Hudson River Greenway at 44th Street at 10 AM.

There is a small park on the far side of 12th Avenue that should provide great views of the river and the Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum.

It's also the spot where people line up for the Circle Line ferry tours around the island of Manhattan. So there are lots of crowd scenes to sketch

DETAILS:
Where - The Greenway on the River at 12 Avenue and 44th Street

When - 10 AM Start time.  Sleeping late?  Come anyway - meet us there.

Lunch -  Bring your own or scrounge from the food carts  There are benches and tables.

Afternoon -  More sketching followed by a 3 PM Show and Tell there at the Greenway.
