Weekday Urban Sketchers in Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum


This is the last gasp of fall….a day sketching the last of the colorful trees in the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens.   We will meet in the visitors center on Washington Ave and venture into the park.  Too cold, no problem. There are wonderful views from the Visitors Center and the Greenhouses. We will the afternoon in the lobby of the Brooklyn Museum where there are outdoor views and lots of statues to sketch. There is even a Statue of Liberty to draw!


Date:  Thursday November 20, 2014

Time:  11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Place:  Brooklyn Botanic Garden 
            Meet at the Visitor Center at the Washington Ave entrance just off the parking lot behind the             Brooklyn Museum


Directions:  

          Subway:  2.3 to Brooklyn Museum Station, B,Q,S to Prospect Park Station

          Car:  If you want to come by car there is a parking lot behind the Brooklyn Museum that will provide direct access to the meeting spot.
