Near the end of the Draw Now! event, Lynn, Rachel, and I decided to take a break from the frantic free-for-all drawing and sketch outside for a bit. The buildings and public spaces (or lack of) were not as photogenic* as we had hoped, but we were intrigued by the many cranes that overlook the industrial waterfront.

*If there is still no equivalent word for "worthy of being the subject of a drawing," we should seriously come up with one!

  1. Nice job on the cranes with all their assorted pieces! There is always something to sketch...you just have to look at things a little differently.
