Weekday Urban Sketcher on the East River

Pier 15 Esplanade, on the East River just south of the South Street Seaport, offers great views of the river and bridges as well as the old sailing ships moored along the waterfront.  The weather should be sunny and warm, just right for sketching outdoors.  

Optional afternoon activity will be to go to the one of two remaining figure drawing sessions in Battery Park City.  Too far to walk, no problem we can take the free Connect bus that travels around the tip of the island.

Second Optional afternoon activity can be to move to the South Street Seaport area with the cobbled streets and historic buildings.
