SUNDAY: Sketch the Elizabeth Street Garden

Every time I visit the Elizabeth Street Garden I always feel it will probably be the last time.  This choice piece of NYC real estate has been the subject of development plans for years.  And yet, it is still there.  The garden is a sweet urban oasis!  There are always good things to sketch there.
